Privacy Policy

last updated: 13 July 2026

You sign in with Google to use Veridemand, including the free tier. From that sign-in we store your Google email, name, and profile photo to run your account and tie your free allowance and any credits to you. We also store coarse, term-less usage counts (how many scans and reports you've run, days active, daily quota counters) to enforce free limits. If you buy credits, we store the email used for delivery and receipts. We do NOT store the keywords you search or the results we return to you.

We do not use tracking pixels, ad networks, or sell personal data. No developer personal information is gathered or displayed by the product — only app data from public store listings.

We do not store the keywords you search or the reports we generate. Each scan is processed live: we query public app-store data at the moment of your request and return the result straight to your browser, where your history is kept in your browser's local storage — not on our servers. Running a scan necessarily transmits the keyword to public app stores (and, for a paid report, to an AI research service) to produce the result; we simply do not retain it afterwards. To enforce free limits we keep only counters — how many scans and reports have run, plus a one-way hashed device/IP identifier — never the search terms themselves, and never a per-keyword history tied to your profile.

Scans query public Google Play pages directly. Paid reports (when available) use an AI research service. Payments are processed by a payment provider — card data never touches our servers.

For data removal requests or any privacy questions, email sam@cosmovexapps.com. We will respond promptly.

Changes to this privacy policy will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
