Privacy policy
What the service stores
Google sign-in uses Firebase Authentication, which holds your account identifier, email, name and profile information. Saved client workspace names, selected public product URLs, product observations, change history, check failures, trial limits and subscription references are stored on our servers to deliver the monitoring service. The public preview processes the submitted URL; it does not create a saved client workspace.
Checks and third parties
Product checks request public storefront pages and supported Shopify endpoints. We do not send your Google credentials to the stores, access store-admin accounts, collect shoppers’ personal data, or attempt to bypass access restrictions. Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication and storage; Vercel hosts the website. When billing opens, Dodo Payments processes checkout and subscription payments. Payment card details do not pass through our servers.
Usage measurement and quotas
Google Analytics records page and feature usage, including stages such as preview, sign-in, product setup and report export. Submitted product URLs and report contents are not included in our custom funnel events. Page-location query strings are removed from analytics initialization. We keep daily usage counters and salted one-way hashes of IP addresses to enforce preview limits. The hosting provider receives normal connection information, including IP addresses, as part of serving requests.
Retention and deletion
The dashboard surfaces up to 30 recent checks; older history is cleaned during ongoing checks. Your last successful observations, workspaces and subscription records remain available while the account is retained. Removing a tracked product deletes its stored product record and history. For account deletion or other data requests, contact sam@cosmovexapps.com. Billing and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained where required.
Browser storage and exports
Firebase stores authentication-session information in your browser. We also store your optional agency name, acquisition-source tag and internal-test preference in browser storage. Exported CSV, JSON and HTML reports are downloaded to your device and may contain client names and selected product data. You control who receives those reports.
