Terms of service
The service
VeriDemand is operated by Cosmovex. It records public Shopify product observations for selected URLs and compares successful checks. You are responsible for choosing relevant product pages and for having permission to use the service and any exports in your workflow. VeriDemand is independent of Shopify and the stores it checks.
Trial and Agency subscription
The trial lasts seven days, includes one client workspace and three tracked product pages, and requires no payment card. The Agency offer is USD $149 per month for five client workspaces and 100 selected product pages in total. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Paid checkout remains closed until setup and billing verification are complete. The final checkout displays the charge and recurring terms before you pay.
Renewal and cancellation
Once paid subscriptions open, the Agency plan renews monthly until cancelled. Use Manage billing or Cancel at next renewal in your workspace to stop the next charge; paid access continues through the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier charges. Contact sam@cosmovexapps.com if cancellation or billing management is unavailable.
Refunds and delivery problems
Contact sam@cosmovexapps.com within 14 days of an initial paid purchase if the supported-store monitoring or reporting service cannot be delivered as described. We will investigate and offer a fix or a refund for a material delivery failure. This does not limit rights that apply under consumer law. Test-mode payments are internal validation and do not represent a live purchase.
Data meaning and limits
Checks are approximately daily when the connected scheduler is operating; outages and blocked pages can delay them. Public storefront prices, currency metadata and availability are observations, not checkout, inventory-quantity or regional-price guarantees. Shipping, taxes and conditional discounts are not verified. Capped or failed checks cannot establish removals. Reports may be capped and will disclose incomplete coverage. Pricing, stock and product changes between checks may not be observed.
Fair use and control
Use supported public product URLs only. Do not submit credentials, private-network URLs, personal shopper data or unauthorized content. Store robots rules, trial limits and refresh quotas apply. VeriDemand does not automatically match competitors or modify store prices. You remain responsible for decisions made using observations and reports.
Account and support
Keep your Google account secure. Saved workspaces belong to the signed-in account. Contact sam@cosmovexapps.com for service or data requests. If a material service change affects a paid period, we will address continued access or the unused portion with the customer rather than silently substituting an unrelated product.
